In 2020, JR Carnegie-Hargreaves formed a community development company focusing on revitalization projects and housing solutions in ethnically and culturally diverse communities.
From a young age, he has always followed his passion, sports. From earning a Masters in Sports Management from Georgetown University, to co-founding one of the leading basketball recruiting companies in the U.S, he’s spent the past 24 years investing in human potential and mentoring athletes towards preparatory and independent schools; colleges and universities; as well as the NBA and NFL.
JR and his wife enjoy investing their time in local community. Their philanthropic endeavors have resulted in millions in independent school and college scholarships and financial aid awards. JR served on the Board of Trustees at the University of Saint Joseph’s and Middlesex YMCA.
