PROGRAM
Approximately 277 upscale, but attainable market-rate residential rental units spread over the 228,000 Gross Square Feet. These units will be broken down as 45 Studios, 156 1-Bedrooms, 57 2-bedrooms and 19 3-bedrooms apartments with an average size of 760 SF. Our proposed development will also include approximately 38,000 sf of Retail at Plaza Level, 584 parking spots for Police Department, Public, Retail, and Building Residents. In addition to the above, The Village at Riverside will have over 18,500 square feet of amenity spaces for building residents including Event Space, Fitness and Business Centers, Community and Daycare Facilities, Library, Game rooms and Rooftop Common Terrace with views of the Connecticut River and Middletown.
